​​Tai chi, Qigong and meditation are often classified as internal or contemplative arts and are known to improve your health and wellness. These practices incorporate aspects of slow body movements, integrated breath, chi or energy flow and focused concentration. Seated meditation also focuses concentration while maintaining posture in a seated or standing position. Standing Crane has introduced many people to these practices in Pittsburgh.  

The church is located at the corner of Forbes and Braddock Ave. across from Frick Park.  The church parking lot is accessed from Forbes Ave. and the social hall entrance is at the front of the parking area next to the church.  A small set of stairs leads down to the social hall entrance.
